Manager Operations & Delivery - [Job Code: EME0023]
We seek a dynamic individual with a minimum of 4 years experience in Operations Management / Project Management, preferably in the Information Technology Industry. The selected candidate would take the ownership of all eMarketingEye client deliverables and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of online marketing and web development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all client deliverables of the company
- Liaising with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery, introducing reporting processes where needed
- Ownership of resource allocation and coordination with Project Mangers for resource requirements
- Coordination with HR on recruitment and resource planning
- Project status reporting to Senior Management and escalation as required
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in Operations Management / Project Management
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing or IT
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Expertise in online marketing / web project management would be an added advantage
