Account Manager

We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns and web analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with clients; acting as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth by upselling or cross-selling products or services that align with the client’s needs and objectives
  • Overseeing and coordinating projects or campaigns related to client accounts, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet client expectations
  • Monitoring and assessing client satisfaction as well as taking proactive steps to ensure that clients are happy with the products or services provided
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Being responsible for proactively engaging with clients to discuss and negotiate the terms of contract renewals, ensuring that both the client’s evolving needs and the company’s objectives are met
  • Engaging in client interactions, including both local and international visits, to nurture client relationships
  • Preparing comprehensive and insightful reports and presentations on a regular basis, either monthly or weekly or when required

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • A degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent qualification
  • Competence in MS Office
  • Experience in digital marketing, online hotel distribution and hotel marketing will be an added advantage
  • Over 3 years of experience in Account Management / Project Management
