Position overview:

While reporting directly to the Manager – HR and Administration, Assistant Manager- HR & Administration will be responsible for managing all matters related to staff which includes (but not limited to) HR planning and recruiting, conducting performance appraisals, carrying out training and development, introducing and implementing HR strategies and procedures, managing grievances, resolving conflicts. This is ideal for an individual who possesses great leadership qualities and who would like to advance in their career with the growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Selecting suitable candidates through the Recruitment and Selection process
  • Accountability in handling Performance Evaluation, KPI Evaluation and Reward & Recognition processes in a timely manner
  • Lead and direct the organisation to create a harmonious working environment by playing a strategic role within the company
  • Identifying and carrying out Training and Development activities
  • Getting involved in resolving matters related to discipline, grievances, and counselling
  • Carrying out staff welfare and employee engagement activities. Active coordination of staff welfare activities and other related events
  • Overlooking / handling the salary advising process
  • Handling the staff resignation process
  • Effectively handle all office administration duties to ensure a smooth work flow


  • Strong knowledge and skills in strategic HR planning, labour laws, industrial relations, health and safety disciplines
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with good initiation and negotiation skills
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • 3+ years work experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization is compulsory
  • Excellent command of oral and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Should demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills
