Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic, young individual to be the face of our organization!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field telephone calls
  • Responding to inquiries of clients and ensuring timely communication is done within the organization and external parties
  • Performing general administrative and office support activities
  • Maintaining the records of administrative work
  • Assisting HR functions as and when required
  • Assisting HR to organize office events, meetings, functions, training programmes and client visits
  • Other adhoc duties as required


  • Candidate with pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Should possess minimum A/L qualification with relevant work experience of one year
  • Good command in spoken and written English, excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good office management and organizing skills
  • Knowledge on secretarial / administration / customer service related areas would be an advantage
