Key Responsibilities

• Nurturing a positive working environment by executing strategic HR initiatives to promote culture, employee wellbeing and morale
• Managing employee relations & wellbeing
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies and process
• Overseeing Recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
• Responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, addressing employee needs, and achieving team HR KPIs
• Ensuring employee performance appraisals are managed and conducted on time
• Managing staff welfare and employee benefits
• Ascertaining needs for training and designing training programmes
• Handling operational activities to ensure a smooth workflow
• Organising company events and engagement activities

Requirements:

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
• A minimum 3+ years of work experience in a similar capacity from a reputed organisation
• Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills
• Fully conversant with labour laws & best industry practices
• Strong leadership capabilities
